From field trips and group visits to virtual programs and classroom resources, K-12 education at the Parthenon provides an inclusive learning environment that aligns with Tennessee state education standards. The Parthenon is the ideal museum to learn about visual art, architecture, engineering, history, math, science, and technology.

Classroom Resources
Are you an educator seeking new ideas for your classroom? The Nashville Parthenon is always developing new educational resources for K-12 students on archaeology, history, social studies, and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) subjects. We work closely with MNPS (Metro Nashville Public Schools) to align state education standards with our programs and lesson plans, which can be used on their own or to extend the learning of a field trip. The variety of resources below are all open to adaptation to best fit your curriculum. All educational resources are free!
