Exhibition Dates: January 21, 2027- February 27, 2027

Important Dates:

Deadline for entries: November 8, 2026

Acceptance notifications: December 9, 2026

Delivery of accepted art: January 10-12, 2027

Artists Reception: January 21, 2027

Pick up of displayed art: February 28 - March 2, 2027

Please complete the form below to submit your students' work.

Entries must meet the following guidelines, or the artwork may be disqualified.

Teachers must complete entry forms.
Each teacher is limited to 20 entries in total.
No student can be entered more than twice.
High quality JPEG, PNG, MP4 files only.
- Image file names must follow this format: Category_Grade_Student’s Last Name_Title
  - Example: Computer Graphics_11_Bolanos_Pandamonium.png
Artwork must be categorized properly.
- Example: videos cannot be submitted in the Computer Graphics category
- Example: pastel drawings cannot be submitted in the Painting category
Once the entry is submitted it cannot be edited.

Teachers should not need to RSVP for the students or families. Create an RSVP only for the people you plan to arrive with.
